By blending the dynamic throws of Judo with the ground control techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this class builds confidence, coordination, and discipline while giving young practitioners a strong foundation in grappling. With nearly a decade of Judo experience and a two-stripe purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Coach Mike creates a fun and supportive environment where kids learn to transition seamlessly from standing to ground.
